Description

This exclusive designer deadstock fabric sets a modern accent with its reinterpretation of classic plaid on a pure cotton gabardine base. The dense, softly structured weave provides a distinct touch with a smooth yet substantial drape.

The pronounced check design makes a clear visual statement and supports structured silhouettes, ideal for paneling, tailored lines or graphic layering. Its surface has a pleasant, dry hand and offers versatility for precise designs.

Predominantly cream, with deep navy and light grey checks.


Processing tips

  • Needle size: 80–90 recommended
  • Thread: Universal cotton or polyester sewing thread
  • Care: Gentle wash up to 30°C, iron on reverse

Our wholesale range for the autumn/winter collections offers fabrics made from similar materials, but generally warmer, heavier, and more focused on wool fabrics. Virgin wool fabrics are often blended here with cotton, silk, angora, mohair, or cashmere. Each collection also includes fabrics made from high-quality synthetic and microfibers, often designed as functional fabrics for outdoor clothing.
